Welcome to Media Center Magic -- the home of FrontView for Windows XP Media Center edition.

Many people who are using Microsoft's Windows Media Center have purchased cases with an LCD or VFD in order to have the media center PC look and act more like a piece of home theater equipment.  Unfortunately, until now, there weren't any programs that were able to display the session information from Windows Media Center on that spiffy new LCD! 

That is why we wrote FrontView for Windows MCE.

FrontView supports the LCD or VFD that is already included in many cases from Silverstone and Ahanix, as well as displays such as Crystalfontz, SoundGraph's iMon, Matrix Orbital, and LPT based Hitachi 44780 compatible controllers. FrontView even has the ability to use display plug-ins which will allow the use of virtually any display that has an available plug-in (several of which are already being developed by third parties).
